Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented,
Operations Support Manager to join our team in Durham, NC. In this role, you will anchor our day-to-day office operations, providing dependable administrative assistance to our leadership, logistics, and operations teams. A key component of this role includes supporting our logistics workflow by actively tracking, scheduling, and entering expenses related to fleet management.
- Operational & Fleet Support:
Provide seamless administrative assistance to managers and operations staff. Actively track vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate fleet logistics, and manage data entry and tracking for all fleet-related expenses. - Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, assist with general invoicing, and handle accurate, timely data entry. - Records Management:
Maintain organized, up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for general operations and fleet compliance. - Workflow Optimization:
Follow and help refine established office procedures to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience in a professional setting. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), with strong data entry accuracy. - Core Competencies:
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Autonomy:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience supporting management or executive leadership teams.
- Prior exposure to fleet management tracking, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with basic billing, invoicing, expense tracking, or financial functions.
Physical Requirements
- Standard business hours in a professional office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and operating a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
- Salary: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year (Compensation based on experience)
