Description of Work

This position reports to the Administrative Officer and provides a variety of office and administrative support duties. The primary focus of this role is supporting plant functions across 27 different plants.

  • Entering requisitions in E‑Procurement
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Mailroom delivery, pick‑up, and distribution
  • Maintaining and updating administrative files per retention schedule
  • Providing NCFS support
  • Using Fiori
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Operating office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, computers, etc.)

The Administrative Specialist II may also be called upon to provide backup administrative support for all CE areas and must demonstrate current knowledge of DAC/State Fiscal Policies, serving as the subject matter expert for field personnel questions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities / Management Preferences

Salary Range: $41,206 – $72,113

The following skills are preferred:

  • Experience managing vehicles, fixed assets, and supporting inventory functions
  • Experience supporting executive‑level personnel
  • Experience supporting manufacturing organizations
