Program Coordinator - Department of Anesthesiology
The Program Coordinator provides comprehensive operational, administrative, and project coordination support for the Department of Anesthesiology. This position plays a key role in department-wide space planning and optimization, employee engagement initiatives, faculty processes, credentialing coordination, and executive-level administrative support. The role serves as a primary liaison between the department and institutional partners including Facilities and Engineering & Operations (E&O), ensuring effective communication and execution of strategic initiatives.

Job Eligibility Requirements:
Work requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. Work requires three years of experience in program administration or involving academic, instructional or counseling activities to acquire skills necessary to plan, coordinate and implement a variety of program activities and events. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Hours:
The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
