Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Almac Group is currently seeking a Returns Warehouse Administrative Assistant for our Durham, NC location. The Returns Warehouse Administrative Assistant will be responsible for carrying out all administrative duties relating to the generation of reports, maintaining all Drug Returns Warehouse documentation and liaising with various internal and external clients to satisfy any ad hoc requests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Communicate with internal and external clients as necessary to complete ad hoc and regular departmental requests, including IRT confirmations as detailed in protocol specific documentation
- Photocopy, filing, preparing and maintaining spreadsheets/databases and archiving documentation.
- Perform 2nd checks of Drug Returns Audit Reports upon completion of the accountability audits as requested per protocol specific requirements.
- Assist the Returns Warehouse and Destruction Coordinators as necessary to complete and meet internal or external client requests/requirements.
- Assist the Drug Returns Warehouse Manager and Supervisor in any systematic setup activities to ensure business continuity.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 - 2 years experience
- Administrative duties/tasks - Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
Education:
- Associate's degree
- 1 - 2 years' experience
- Administrative Assistant in a warehouse pharmaceutical environment - 1 - 2 years' experience - working with clinical supplies
- 1 - 2 years experience - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
