Student Services Support Specialist
Do Great Things! Durham Technical Community College is hiring a Student Services Support Specialist in the Counseling, Accessibility and Resources Department. The Student Services Support Specialist serves as the first point of connection and access for students entering the center. This position creates a welcoming, organized, accessible and student-centered experience while coordinating front desk operations, providing resource navigation, scheduling appointments, and facilitating warm handoffs to campus and community partners and services.
This position plays an important role in ensuring that students experience the center as a place where they are seen, supported, connected, and equipped to thrive. The position does not provide counseling, clinical services, or professional case management.
