The Role:Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator at Extivita, you will create an organized, welcoming, and responsive experience for patients, visitors, and team members.
You will support front desk operations, scheduling, patient registration, communication, documentation, payment processing, and clinic workflow. As trained and assigned, you may also support approved clinical functions under qualified supervision. This entry-level role requires reliability, discretion, sound judgment, coachability, and clear communication.

Who We Are (Why We Exist)Extivita-RTP operates one of the largest private hyperbaric oxygen therapy centers in the United States. Located in Durham, North Carolina, our outpatient clinic provides Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Nutritional IV Therapy, Neurofeedback Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and other science-based integrative therapies.

You will receive:
- Front desk, scheduling, patient-coordination, and clinic-systems training
- Documentation, payment processing, HIPAA, privacy, and information-security training
- Professional communication, service, and approved clinical-support training

Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, calendars, and office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and protect confidential information
- Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to complete required cross-training
- Customer service, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or administrative experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it if required for assigned clinical-support functions
This position may be full-time or part-time. Workdays and hours will be based on clinic needs, position requirements, and mutual availability. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
