We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their service experience is seamless and satisfactory.

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying their automotive service needs.
• Provide clear, detailed explanations of service recommendations and repairs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department workflow.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
• Prepare and present service estimates to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on services provided.
• Promote additional services and products when appropriate.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication.
• Customer‑focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Experience in face‑to‑face sales and customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
