Configuration Analyst

Position: Benefit Configuration Analyst
A company is looking for an Analyst, Benefit Configuration.

Key Responsibilities Completes timely and accurate benefit additions, terminations, and changes to prevent access to care issues Maintains knowledge of adjudication system functions to design configurations meeting client expectations Conducts quality assurance reviews and participates in process improvement and training initiatives

Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning role-specific skills and processes Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel Ability to support compliance program objectives Consistent cooperative interaction with other employees
