We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager (BA/PM) to lead product strategy, requirements gathering, and delivery initiatives for SMT / Vendor 360 platforms. The ideal candidate will drive the development of GenAI-enabled intake processes, workflow automation, and vendor insights capabilities while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

• Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and solution delivery for SMT / Vendor 360.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
• Drive the implementation of GenAI-powered solutions, including intelligent intake, workflow optimization, and vendor analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, architects, and data teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful end-to-end product delivery.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI technologies to improve business processes and user experiences.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience delivering AI, GenAI, or data‑driven technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and practical AI use cases.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

• Non‑local candidates will be considered; however, relocation to Charlotte, NC will be required upon confirmation.
