What You Will Do- Project Change Management & Communications Partner supports the successful execution of Strategy 2030 by delivering practical, well-aligned change and communication activities across multiple transformation initiatives.
- Maintain a dotted-line alignment into Internal Communications for project communication activity, ensuring messaging, content, timing, and channel execution align with enterprise communications governance and the Strategy 2030 narrative.
- Collaborate with the Head of Internal Communications, internal communications team, Organizational Change Management (OCM) colleagues, project leads, P&C Business Partners, and the Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to coordinate change, communications, and adoption approaches.
- Project Communications (in partnership with Internal Communications) - develop and align content for transformation initiatives; ensure project content is integrated into enterprise communications plans and channels; create and refine leadership messaging, presentations, FAQs, and intranet content; coordinate timing to avoid duplication and fatigue; ensure alignment with enterprise messaging and the Strategy 2030 narrative.
- Change Management & Adoption (in partnership with OCM and L&D) - align project-level change activities with global change management frameworks; develop and execute practical change and adoption plans; coordinate with L&D to align training and enablement strategies; contribute to impact assessments, readiness, and adoption tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration - work with OCMs, project leads, P&C Partners, Internal Communications, and L&D to ensure alignment and a cohesive employee experience across transformation efforts.
- Execution & Continuous Improvement - deliver high-quality, timely communication and change outputs; gather feedback and track engagement and adoption indicators to drive improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, HR, Psychology or related field OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in change management, internal communications, or organizational transformation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex strategy into clear, compelling messaging
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and change planning
- Skilled in developing and executing communication strategies and plans
- Strong influence skills without direct authority
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Preferred:
Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives; experience in matrixed or global organizations; background partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams;
Prosci Change Management Certification (highly preferred); CCMP; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications

Annual Base Salary Range: $ – $. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and internal equity. This role may be eligible for an annual bonus or incentive compensation.
