Overview
Join the team supporting day-to-day operations for a case management and integrity program ecosystem. In this junior Business Analyst role, you'll help manage the Speak Up system, follow up on received reports, perform trend analyses, and support key E&I (Enabling & Integrity) projects and initiatives-including targeted awareness efforts. If you're organized, detail-focused, and energized by turning information into actionable insights, this role is for you.
Required Skills- Experience supporting or analyzing operational case management processes (including reviewing cases and flagging matters)
- Strong ability to assess risk, review cases, and report outcomes in a clear, reliable manner
- Comfortable working with KPIs and monitoring performance against defined SLAs
- Experience supporting administrative processes across business systems (including data upkeep and updates)
- Ability to provide ad hoc support for program priorities and initiatives as needed
- Proficiency working within systems that support reporting, compliance tracking, and program workflows
- Strong follow-through and efficiency in completing review tasks consistently
- Experience with reporting platforms and/or building or maintaining routine reporting outputs
- Background in working with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) in a professional setting
- Experience performing Speak Up trend analysis and conducting recurring program reviews
- Experience contributing to targeted awareness campaigns, lessons learned efforts, and integrity insights
