Manager, Sales Operations; PC Group

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with PC Sales Leadership and Demand Planning teams to drive in‑quarter execution against revenue, mix, and inventory objectives
• Present business performance, operational risks, opportunities, and execution status updates to leadership teams on a regular basis
• Translate business trends and operational insights into actionable recommendations to improve execution and accelerate attainment
• Partner with Category, Finance, and Sales teams on strategic initiatives and growth priorities
• Simplify and improve operational processes to increase visibility, responsiveness, and executional speed across the business
• Develop executive‑level presentations and materials to support business reviews and leadership decision‑making

• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience (technology, sales, retail, or related fields)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline

• Strong data analytics and problem‑solving capabilities
• Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to lead and drive results without direct authority
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and partnership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
