Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate for a growing organization in Durham, North Carolina. The Operations Associate will support the operations team within various functions of the business. The Operations Associate will have a strong customer service focus. The Operations Associate role will sit onsite 3 days a week.
Responsibilities for the Operations Associat- Client focus and support
- Handle all verbal and written communication
- Problem Solver
- Complete all requests and tasks in timely manner
- Bachelor’s Degree is Required
- Onsite 3 days a week is Required
- Customer Service focus
- Work with customers over phone, email, chats, and texts
- Range:$22-24/hr based on experience.
