Strategic Advisor – Cura Cor Solutions

Cura Cor Solutions is seeking a Strategic Advisor with experience delivering innovative, consumer‑centric healthcare work streams to join our growing Care Delivery Services Team. The team sits within the diversified business arm of Cura Cor Solutions, which includes Blue Cross NC and works to help make health care better for all.

• Help manage and maintain an effective shared governance structure between Cura Cor Solutions, Alo Solutions, and Fast Med LLC; coordinate and co‑facilitate shared governance structure meetings and related processes to identify new strategic partnership initiatives.
• Support prioritization of work streams via business case development and comparison and drive successful implementation.
• Conduct data analysis and research to provide actionable insights as it relates to potential partnerships and standalone diversified care delivery service asset growth initiatives; drive or support subsequent business case development and cross‑organizational decision‑making.
• Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives by defining project scope, developing project plans, determining needs and allocating resources, coordinating and facilitating meetings, anticipating and mitigating project risk(s), and monitoring and reporting on progress/success via formation and tracking of KPIs.
• Co‑manage the completion of key ancillary partnership activities required to ensure/enhance partnership or acquisition success such as internal/external communications; legal/compliance; financial monitoring/reporting.
• Prepare presentations to keep Cura Cor Solutions’ senior leadership abreast of care delivery service investments’ progress and performance.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Cura Cor Solutions, Blue Cross NC, Fast Med LLC, and Alo’s strategies and stay abreast of industry and competitor developments to help inform strategy evolution and ensure strategic imperatives of investments are met.
• Provide input on the value of additional partnerships/transactions leveraging relevant Cura Cor Solutions subject‑matter experts, internal and external data assets.

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Nice to have:
  Experience in business development, strategic planning, market/product development, business operations, health care operations and/or project management with health care providers and/or payors strongly preferred.

Our Hybrid Flex approach is built on presence with a purpose – giving you flexibility to work remotely with intentional in‑person connection. In a Hybrid‑Flex role, you’ll work in the office at least two days a week for collaboration and connection. In a Remote‑Flex role, you’ll work virtually, with a few in‑office visits each year for meaningful moments. Whether your role is Hybrid Flex or Remote Flex depends on the nature of the work and distance from our Durham headquarters.

Salary Range: $81,068.00 – $. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs.
