Grifols is a global healthcare company focused on plasma‑derived medicines and transfusion medicine. We are looking for Continuous/Project Improvement Specialists to join our production/manufacturing area and drive continuous improvement initiatives and project management support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with department SMEs and cross‑functional teams to analyze inefficiencies and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collect, analyze and present data to measure performance indicators (cycle time, yield, quality, cost).
• Propose and manage process improvement initiatives, including redesign, automation, standardization, and waste reduction.
• Maintain project schedules, deliverables, timelines, resources, and facilitate cross‑functional team meetings.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics and dashboards; regularly report key performance indicators and present findings to management.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs to promote continuous improvement principles among employees.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in continuous improvement methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with data analysis tools (MS Excel, JMP).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent facilitation, organization and influence without authority.
• Experience in continuous improvement and/or project management; minimum 2 years in operations.
• BS/BA degree in a related field.
• Preferred: cGMP/FDA environment, Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt (or equivalent).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties of the Continuous/Project Improvement Specialist.
• Regularly report key performance indicators and project proposals to management and site OPEX.
• Collaborate with Finance and site OPEX to develop cost analyses for identified projects.
• Lead and facilitate complex cross‑functional project teams; use statistical tools to identify root causes.
• Participate in training programs, workshops, conferences and professional networks to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with process mapping software and project management tracking (Visio, MS Project, Gantt).
• Experience with data analysis tools (MS Excel, JMP).
• Understanding of quality management systems and operational metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management, organization and influence without authority.
• BS/BA degree in a related field; minimum 5 years of continuous improvement and/or project management experience.
• Preferred: cGMP/FDA environment, Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt (or equivalent).
