Project Manager, Event Management & Planning

We're partnering with a growing organization in the live events and experiential industry to identify a Project Manager who can lead projects from planning through on-site execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, working directly with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, vendors, equipment, and internal teams.
• Travel to project sites to oversee installations and ensure successful execution.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and project documentation.
• Build strong client relationships and proactively solve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience managing projects in a travel-intensive or field-based environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
  Sketch Up experience is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
