Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for delivering, evolving, and supporting legal technology solutions
- Oversee the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of these solutions
- Provide leadership oversight for run-the-business operations and project execution
- Set direction, coach team members, and drive execution and accountability for initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience; or a Juris Doctor degree
- 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Legal Operations, or a similar role
- Proven expertise in evaluating, implementing, scaling, and optimizing CLM, workflow management, and other legal technology solutions
- Deep, hands‑on expertise across end‑to‑end legal contracting and related processes
