Role
The Associate Corporate Compliance Director serves as a key partner supporting Commercial and Medical Affairs functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Patient Advocacy.
ResponsibilitiesThey develop and implement compliance strategies, provide guidance on complex issues, and support policy development, training, and communication. They conduct monitoring, risk assessments, and oversee issue resolution to ensure regulatory adherence. The role involves managing cross‑functional projects, fostering stakeholder relationships, and promoting a culture of compliance.
Qualifications & SkillsA bachelor’s or master’s in a related field with 10+ or 12+ years of experience in the life sciences industry. Expertise in healthcare laws/regulations (e.g., Anti‑Kickback, False Claims Act). Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential matters and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key DutiesSupporting compliance activities, policy and training development, monitoring, risk mitigation, and influencing organizational practices to ensure ethical and regulatory compliance.
