In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of program and incentive reporting, serving as a critical partner to internal and external stakeholders. You will own medium-to-large projects, driving them from inception to completion while navigating complex cross-functional dependencies. Your work will directly shape the quality and efficiency of our functions by implementing process improvements and utilizing analytical rigor to solve complex business problems.
Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver projects on schedule, mitigate risks, and foster seamless collaboration across teams. You will play a vital role in reengineering processes to enhance productivity and ensuring the overall partner experience remains top-tier.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 - 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large projects with cross-functional dependencies.
- Proven ability to identify and implement business or process improvements with measurable outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience applying governance and compliance frameworks to manage project risk and delivery standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or SQL) for tracking program metrics and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, or Master's certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
- Direct experience with Splunk channel processes and programs.
- Working knowledge of the integration of Splunk programs into Cisco 360 systems.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
