Digital Originations Product Group Manager

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and performance outcomes for the end-to-end digital business customer acquisition and onboarding experience
• Own the customer journey from exploration and application through account opening, funding, activation, digital engagement, and relationship primacy
• Create a seamless, scalable, and digitally enabled business customer experience
• Reduce friction, accelerate time-to-fund, increase activation and adoption, and drive long-term relationship growth
• Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Digital, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Business Banking leadership
• Own Digital initiatives that help customers connect with Huntington bankers and specialists for financial and product consultation and guidance
• Lead research to understand customer needs and document customer journeys
• Develop business cases to quantify incremental value and ROI
• Set priorities for product development/modifications, pricing, and product positioning
• Partner with marketing and communications teams to promote products and services
• Partner with data and analytics teams to develop performance metrics and support ongoing optimization and monitoring
• Maintain contact with clients and nurture relationships with sales professionals, marketing areas, product managers, agile team members, and other bank personnel
• Manage product group profitability and quality standards
• Present to executive management
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly
• Experience in product planning and management
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent skills with Excel and Power Point
• Candid and concise communication skills
• Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation
• Experience managing the entire digital product lifecycle
• Experience managing customer research to uncover customer needs
• Experience creating hypotheses for solutions and managing development of product designs from prototyping through final delivery
• Experience creating financial business cases that evidence ROI
• Experience managing performance metrics, analyzing results, and driving optimization
