We’re looking for a detail-driven, solution-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on turning blueprints into reality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do- Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.)
- Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projects
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to delivery
- Provide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specs
- Assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success
- 3–5 years of experience in multi-family or commercial construction estimating
- Strong ability to perform manual material take-offs
- Familiarity with Planswift or Excel for estimating
- Hands-on framing or construction experience is a big plus
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and building codes
- Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
