Civil Foremen - WIL BEC NC Project - Castle Hayne, NC
Southern Industrial Constructors is hiring Civil Foremen for the WIL BEC NC project in Castle Hayne, NC. This leadership role oversees concrete crews, directs subgrade work, sets forms, and ensures projects meet schedule and safety requirements. Candidates must have journeyman-level experience and the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications. The company offers competitive pay with benefits eligibility after three months.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience supervising industrial or plant civil projects
- Strong scheduling and crew coordination skills
- Proven safety leadership record
