Plumbing Shop Foreman/Lead in a Kirlin Way shop environment. Manages a team responsible for prefabrication of plumbing and mechanical systems. Oversees "running" construction. Requires strong experience with construction and prefabrication.

• Manage and lead a crew of shop workers performing prefabrication tasks.
• Coordinate "running" work and ensure quality and safety.
• Schedule jobs, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.

• 5-10 years of experience in shop environments, especially commercial and industrial construction.
• Prior lead or foreman experience running crews.
• Proven knowledge of construction, prefabrication, and plumbing/mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid OSHA training and awareness of safety regulations.
