Construction Project Manager - US, North Carolina – Long Term Contract

One of our global pharmaceutical clients is currently requiring an experienced Construction Project Manager for their North Carolina based location.

• Manage and oversee daily construction activities for the production building, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for the delivery and installation of critical equipment, including high‑purity piping systems, HVAC units, bioreactors, and process utility systems.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, labor budgets, and material logistics to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct design and constructability reviews to identify potential challenges and recommend solutions.

• Extensive experience in construction management or superintendent roles.
• Experience supporting EPCM projects of over $500m (ideally within pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturing).
• Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors across large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP processes, high‑purity piping systems, and equipment installations.
