Invoke Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level Project Engineer on behalf of a well-established commercial builder in Durham, NC. This is the perfect opportunity for a 2025 Construction Management or Civil Engineering graduate ready to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one.

What You’ll Do:

As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key support role on active job sites and in the office, working alongside experienced project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors. Your work will touch every phase of construction—from preconstruction to closeout.

Responsibilities include:

️ Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders

️ Support procurement and schedule tracking

️ Maintain project documentation and reports

️ Help coordinate subcontractors and vendors

️ Participate in job site walks and quality checks

️ Collaborate with the project team to ensure timelines and budgets are met

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Spring/Summer 2025 grads encouraged)

Internship or co-op experience in construction preferred

Strong communication and organization skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore or Bluebeam a plus

A self-starter with a strong desire to grow in the industry
