Responsibilities
- Project Support:
Support Project Managers in project execution; work with Accounting teams, communicating with vendors and clients, and serving as a liaison for Design and Construction teams. - Stakeholder Management:
Engage with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. - Contract Administration:
Support in reviewing and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers and ensure adherence to vendor agreements as it relates to contracts, affidavits and lien waivers. - Project Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, financial reports, and progress updates, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible. - Financial Management:
Review and process project budgets, vendor proposals/bids, change orders, and invoices within the Project Management financial systems and confirm accuracy against the budget and/or contract.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (PREFERRED)
- 2-5+ years practical experience in construction or accounting (REQUIRED)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills & a meticulous attention to detail (REQUIRED)
- Well-versed in construction methodologies and a strong understanding of the various stages of construction, from concept to close out. (REQUIRED)
- Familiarity with GMP contracts and other types of construction contracts with values of $20MM+ (PREFERRED)
- Ability to think and work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projects to meet assigned deadlines.
- Software proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Experience with PMWeb is a plus. - Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

CompensationEstimated salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year.
