Assistant Project Manager

Location: Local to the Southeast US

Travel &

Schedule:

• Projects located throughout the Southeast
• Typical schedule is 3 weeks on-site followed by a long weekend home
• Flights home provided during rotation schedules
• Must be comfortable traveling for extended periods
• Upcoming projects expected in North Carolina and Florida depending on which team hired on

Compensation: up to 100K base salary, plus bonus

Per diem: $100/day or $40/day and company will book lodging

Insight Global is is seeking Assistant Project Managers to support its clients growing Airfield and Solar/Telecom Divisions. This individual will work alongside a Senior Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Superintendent on airport infrastructure projects across the Southeast. The ideal candidate is looking to grow into a Project Manager role and has a foundation in construction project management, particularly around project financials, documentation, and field coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project financial management, budgets, and cost tracking
• Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage and track: RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Pay Applications, Project Documentation,
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Assist Senior PMs and Project Engineers with day-to-day project operations
• Support airport construction/solar/telecom projects throughout the Southeast
