Experience:
Demonstrated direct experience managing construction administration or architectural oversight within correctional facilities, detention centers, orhigh-security public safety environments. - Autonomous Project Management:
Proven track record of managing project-level construction administration independently with minimal direct supervision. - Industry Background:
Minimum 5–8+ years of architectural administration, construction management, orowner's representation experience on complex institutional or public sector projects. - Communication & Technical Acumen:
Superior oral and written communication skills, with strong capabilities in contractor negotiations and multi-disciplinary coordination. - Health Insurance & Health Savings Account (HSA)
