Job Summary
We are seeking a person to join our ministry team as a collaborative leader in our efforts to provide worshipful and artistic music in our dynamic-traditional worship spaces primarily through Sunday morning worship and Wednesday evening Chancel Choir rehearsals.
Primary ResponsibilitiesWorship & Rehearsals:
Play for the 11:00am Sunday Services, accompany the Chancel Choir (Wednesdays 7:00-9:00pm), accompany children’s and youth choirs for Sunday mornings, and play for special services.
Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, and Good Friday.
Option to play weddings, funerals, and ordinations for additional payment.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the Director of Music Ministries and/or Senior Minister to align music with liturgical/worship themes.
Administrative Duties:
Participate in administrative functions as needed including:
Music Ministry Communications, Bulletin planning communications, budget planning, library maintenance, and other necessary professional communications.
Assist the Director of Music Ministries in the preparation of budget requests relating to the church’s musical instruments.
Assist with routine and long-term maintenance of the pipe organ and pianos, making appropriate arrangements in consultation with the Director of Music Ministries and Senior Minister.

Schedule:
Wednesdays | 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Sundays | 9:00am-12:30pm
Flexible rehearsal hours for personal practice, prep work, and administrative staff collaboration.
Proficiency in organ performance, piano performance, and rehearsal/anthem accompaniment
