Tailor - Streets At Southpoint

The Tailor provides customers with high-quality fitting and garment alteration services. This role supports a positive customer experience through skilled craftsmanship, timely service, and collaboration with the store team.

• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alteration.
• Complete customer fittings and sewing alterations on time according to service standards.
• Meet productivity goals and use store technology to organize alteration needs.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, garment construction, and trends.
• Work collaboratively with the Alterations and Store teams.

• Two to three years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
