We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour plus a monthly Performance Bonus!

PositionThis position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Schedule:
Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm - Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
- One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
- Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills
