Account Manager, College Coaches Skills Camp (CCSC)
The Account Manager (virtual) will manage individual and administrative travel for CCSC, including domestic air, hotel, rental car, and group hotel needs. The role focuses on client relationships, booking, itineraries, and emergency support.
Responsibilities- Manage client relationships (internal and external) related to assigned work.
- Handle high volume of individual air, hotel, and rental car needs; manage hotel credit card authorizations prior to coaches' arrival.
- Provide emergency and after‑hours support to travelers during peak client event months.
- Coordinate communication of traveler itineraries and changes with client staff.
- Use airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules, tariffs and resource guides; identify and use industry contacts.
- Book hotels (individual and group) and authorizations; book rental cars as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely data management; stay informed on airline rules, regulations and current affairs.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients while representing the company.
- Proven record of successful relationship building and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Sabre or similar GDS.
- Experience in airline industry, including individual and group booking.
- Understanding of visa and country legal document requirements.
- Proficiency with general office PC‑based programs, including Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong judgment and decision‑making skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to deliver accurate work under stress and meet ticketing deadlines.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, $45,000–$60,000 annually; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
