Exhibit & Sponsorship Services Manager
You will be customer-facing and responsible for the operational execution of exhibitor and sponsorship programs across AICPA conferences and events. You will manage technology platform needs supporting exhibitors and sponsors, deliverables tied to contractual commitments, and provide a high touch service for this $6m business line. You will collaborate with internal and external partners and providers to ensure accurate system setup, contract fulfillment, budget goals and a seamless experience from onboarding through on-site execution and closeout for assigned events.
You'll report to the Manager - Exhibit & Sponsorship Services and use a hybrid work schedule.
You Will:
- Manage systems, tools, and platforms that support exhibitors' and sponsors' success for your assigned events.
- Ensure systems, data, and communications support onboarding, fulfillment, and customer engagement.
- Work with partners to support system readiness, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Negotiate with external vendors, to coordinate and fulfill exhibitor and sponsor commitments, according to contractual obligations and financial goals.
- Find and address risks to protect sponsor experience, quality and financial goals.
- Provide a high‑touch, service‑oriented experience
- Collaborate with Accounting to support accurate billing, payment tracking, and post‑event confirmation of fulfillment.
- Provide onsite operational support for events with exhibitor and sponsorship presence.
- Support post‑event confirmation, reporting, and identification of improvement opportunities.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years experience supporting similar events
- Experience working with multiple partners.

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $70k - $80k
