We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our R.O. Community Center. The CSR will be responsible for assisting community members, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our services.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications

• Greet and assist community members in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality service

• Associate's degree in a related field
• Experience working in a community center or similar environment
• Bilingual proficiency in [specific languages relevant to the community]
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
