Bell and Howell is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to be based at our Durham, NC HQ. You will support call escalation workflows in Salesforce, manage service calls and PM inspections, and help maximize technician utilization and customer satisfaction within the region.
You will liaise between Service Operations and other business units, drive improvements in Salesforce workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs with OEMs and direct customers.
