Mark Jacobson Toyota is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Cashier to join our busy Service Department. As the final point of contact for customers after their service visit, the Service Cashier plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience by accurately processing payments, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they complete their service visit.
• Process payments accurately.
• Review repair orders and explain invoices as needed.
• Reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the dealership management system.
• Assist service advisors and management with administrative tasks.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Support the service team during busy periods to ensure efficient customer flow.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
