QVC Customer Service Specialist

Hourly rate: $15.00/hour plus applicable shift differentials.

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
• Offer additional products during each customer interaction.
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
• Process refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data.
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
• Seize opportunities for advancement within the QVC Group family of brands.

• Have 12 months or more of customer‑service experience.

• Communicate effectively with a variety of communication styles.
