The person in this role will manage customer inquiries across phone and email channels while maintaining accurate records and helping ensure a smooth service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to a large volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-focused approach.
• Provide timely assistance by answering questions, resolving routine issues, and directing more complex concerns to the appropriate team.
• Enter customer details, service updates, and order information into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Handle email correspondence and follow up with customers to confirm requests, clarify information, or provide status updates.
• Support appointment scheduling and coordinate changes or confirmations based on customer needs.
• Place outbound calls when needed to gather information, deliver updates, or complete service-related follow-up.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to document activity, track information, and maintain organized records.
• Contribute to daily service goals by balancing efficiency, attention to detail, and a positive customer experience.
