We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who visit our community.

• Provide information about our facilities, services, and daily events to residents, families, and visitors

• Acquire daily care items, such as toiletries, for guests and patrons

• Plan and schedule special events, parties, or meetings

• Develop and maintain service relationships to fulfill the needs of residents and guests

• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Maintain daily contact with residents and ensure a quality customer service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent administrative skills
