Guest Services Representative (Fulltime)
Location:
Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

- Serve as the initial welcoming presence at the main hospital entrance
- Provide clear directions and communicate hospital guidelines and policies effectively
- Manage visitor control and maintain oversight of assigned areas to ensure safety
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and provide immediate service recovery as needed
- Perform various clerical duties to support hospital operations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hospital services and resources to assist guests confidently
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required. - Experience:
One to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, preferred. - Licensure/Certification:
Valid state drivers license at facilities where Valet assistance may be needed, required. - Additional Skills (required):
Presents self in a professional manner and possesses strong customer services skills. Ability to converse with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. Able to use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and have proficient typing skills. - Additional Skills (preferred):
Be a current notary public or be willing to become a notary, if needed.
