Customer Service Associate

Piper Companies is hiring an Customer Service Associate for an insurance company focused on retirement and annuity solutions located in Durham, NC. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling client requests and providing efficient, high-quality customer support. The Customer Service Associate will work a hybrid schedule, onsite three days a week from 9 AM to 6 PM in Durham, NC.

• Handle client requests from start to finish with speed and accuracy
• Provide friendly, professional support across various communication platforms
• Build strong client relationships and enhance overall satisfaction
• Maintain a strong understanding of the online portal and digital tools
• Stay up to date on all products, policies, and customer service procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continued, high-quality service
• Communicate openly with management regarding areas of responsibility and provide additional help when needed

• 0-1 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to thrive in a team environment

• $20-$23 per hour
