Lane & Associates in Durham, NC seeks a Traveling New Patient Coordinator to support our Orthodontic department. You will travel between Dunn (3 days/week) and Durham (2 days/week) following the Orthodontist to assist with patient care and coordination.
As the first point of contact for new patients, you’ll welcome families, explain treatment options, coordinate care, manage appointments, and maintain patient records across locations.
