Genesis Dental, a family-owned, newly renovated private practice, is hiring a Part-Time GBT Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and supportive team. We offer a modern, digital environment, single-column scheduling, and a loyal patient base. This role is perfect for someone who values quality care, work-life balance, and a low-stress office culture.

• Schedule: 1 days/week (Any Day of Mon-Thurs)
• Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Potential to grow into 2-3 days/week
• Great for hygienists seeking part-time, temp, or flexible scheduling

• $50-55 per hour, based on experience and skills
• Full-time employees (if transitioned) receive excellent benefits

• GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) Certified Office — training available
• Single-column schedule:
• • 60-minute recalls
  • 90-minute new patient & SRP appointments
• Fully digital: CBCT, digital X-rays, intraoral scanner
• Supportive, upbeat, and relaxed team environment
• Multilingual team (English, Spanish, Japanese)
• Convenient location in Cary, NC — across from Whole Foods in Waverly Place

• Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to pediatric and adult patients
• Perform prophy, non-surgical periodontal therapy, sealants, and fluoride treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
• Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, intraoral photos, and impressions
• Complete accurate dental and periodontal charting in Open Dental

• Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in North Carolina
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
• MUST be able to use with EMS Airflow / GBT
