Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is highly detail-oriented, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while building lasting relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning
• Conduct patient screenings, including medical history and periodontal assessments
• Take dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans
• Assist the dentist with exams and procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and provide a positive experience at every visit

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Carolina
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-focused approach
• Experience with dental software systems preferred
