Insurance Coordinator

Dental Insurance Coordinator Loveland Dental Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is passionate about helping patients navigate their insurance benefits with confidence and clarity.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team in a modern, technology-driven office while helping ensure accurate insurance verification, claim processing, and patient communication across our growing practice.

Responsibilities Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits

Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims

Communicate with insurance companies regarding coverage and claims

Maintain accurate insurance documentation and records

Assist patients with insurance and payment-related questions

Collaborate with providers and office teams to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

Previous dental insurance verification or billing experience preferred

Strong understanding of dental insurance and claim processes

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with dental software systems preferred

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
