Friendly Dental Group in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing practice. You will warmly welcome patients, manage calls and scheduling, and maintain accurate records while supporting billing and insurance processes.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental front desk experience, knowledge of NC Medicaid and dental insurance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Dentrix experience or bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
