• Lead a project team of 3-10 professionals, establishing project workplans, staffing, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage contractual, financial, and cost‑control responsibilities across all phases of architectural projects.
• Provide healthcare‑specific planning and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, ensuring high‑quality documentation.
• Interface with clients and contractors, lead meetings during the construction administration phase, and respond to RFIs and submittals.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects.
• Prior experience with healthcare facility design.
• Registered architect preferred; actively pursuing licensure is acceptable.
• Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes.
• Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, including reviewing submittals and revising documents in Revit.
• Up to 20% regional and national travel expected.
