Cabinet Designer

Auburn Ridge is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinetry and millwork for residential builders. We're looking for a creative, customer-focused Cabinet Designer to help homeowners and builders bring their vision to life through exceptional design, product selection, and personalized service.

• Meet with customers to design and select cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and related products
• Create conceptual cabinet layouts and provide accurate pricing
• Revise designs based on customer feedback and project needs
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering to ensure projects move smoothly from design through production
• Maintain project files, design documentation, and bid tracking
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in our Design Center while maintaining an organized, welcoming showroom
• Support showroom displays, merchandising, and daily Design Center operations

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong design sense with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Sales experience and kitchen & bath industry certifications (CKD, CBD, KCMA) are a plus
