Tanium is hiring a Senior UX Designer to shape the foundational styles, patterns and UI components behind its endpoint management and security platform. The role sits on the design systems team and centres on scalable componentry that both designers and engineers can reuse, with a clear push toward AI and agentic product experiences. It is a hybrid position across several US offices.

What you ll do

• Design scalable, repeatable design-system patterns and components used across both design and engineering
• Prototype and refine enterprise interfaces with a focus on navigation, usability and accessibility
• Run user research and usability testing, then iterate on designs from the feedback
• Partner with product managers and engineers to turn requirements into shipped features
• Document design decisions and system guidelines so the wider team stays aligned

What they re looking for

• 5+ years in UI/UX design, specifically working within a design system
• Solid grasp of design tokens, atomic design and systems thinking
• Strong Figma skills and hands-on experience maintaining design systems
• Comfortable designing technical, B2B enterprise software
• Experience with user research, prototyping tools and usability testing
• Nice to have: data visualization or dashboard design, and designing for AI or agentic AI
