In this role, you'll help guide a diverse portfolio of projects including parks, mixed-use developments, commercial sites, and master-planned communities, balancing visionary design with practical implementation. What You'll Do

As a Senior leader within the team, you'll play a key role in both project delivery and professional development by:

* Leading project teams through all phases of design and construction.

* Mentoring and developing landscape architects and design staff.

* Managing complex projects while balancing quality, budget, schedule, and client expectations.

* Creating innovative and sustainable design solutions across a variety of project types.

* Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to bring project visions to life.

* Strengthening client relationships through ongoing engagement, networking, proposals, and presentations.

* Guiding entitlement, permitting, and regulatory processes to support successful project approvals.

* Overseeing site planning, land development, and landscape architecture design efforts.

* Managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and resources.

* Solving design and construction challenges while maintaining project goals and design intent.

* Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and design excellence.

What You Bring

You are an experienced landscape architect who combines technical expertise with leadership and relationship-building skills.

Required Qualifications

* 8+ years of progressive landscape architecture experience.

* Professional Landscape Architect License (PLA/RLA).

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.

* Experience leading projects involving parks, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, or master-planned communities.

* Strong knowledge of site planning, permitting, entitlement, and land development processes.

* Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and project teams.

* Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and inspire design professionals.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

* Portfolio showcasing design excellence and experience across multiple project phases.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Civil 3D and Revit.

* Background in land development and site layout.

* Experience supporting business development efforts, proposals, and client interviews.

* Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and best practices.

* A passion for mentoring and helping others grow professionally.
